The local team had a good review of this. It actually appears to be speeding up the game, which is good. As an extension, fields want to be part of the display so that they know what the pitch is. The point is if it is a fastball or outside it is more likely to be pushed to the opposite side of the field. If it is off-speed or inside, likely to be pulled.

I like the first rule.
I always thought that's how the NBA should go about their quarters.
That way their games wouldn't always be about the last 2 minutes

Did you have a chance to check out that tweet above before it got deleted? If you didn't, it was audio of the Brewers announcers accusing the cardinals of stealing signs because they were abusing Peralta last night.

MLB loves offense. They quietly condoned the steroid era until they got caught.

Seems sign stealing is just another thing they allowed.

Amazing to me that they feel the need to release this technology.

I did not but maybe that pitcher/ catcher combo don’t use it. My guy does.
