Just saw this so sorry if it was previously posted. I did have a few questions for any "insiders" that might have knowledge....

I have seen pictures of Cael and PSU wrestlers at some football practices in the past. Obviously Franklin is a fan and is seen at the dual meets often and usually there is a contingent of wrestlers at the home football games per social media. Does anyone know if Cael has been called on to help the football team? Handfighting, leverage, etc.?
Also always wondered if Jan has ever eluded to the correlation of earning the starting spot after walking on the football team had anything to do with his time spent in the wrestling room.

You have it backwards. The reason Jan is impressive is this: how does a no-name walk on become a starter and earn a scholarship when so many of those 85 scholarship athletes were thought to be better than him?
