No I was there. Adam may have been there-I did not see him. But he would have been invited, based on the event.
The weather was horrible. Not every one who was invited/expected to be invited showed up, and I am assuming it was weather related.
Weird thing - I was seated at a table for dinner and an older couple was already there - we introduced ourselves, and it turns out the husband was an academic adviser at Penn State in 1970's/1980's. He recognized my name from discussions with my academic adviser. Proves I cannot run and hide.
When I look at those "honches", it reminds me of the beginning of The Kentucky Derby when they shepard the horses into the starting gate. Them's some world class "honches".
