Jim Haslett back in the NFL

Good for him, I guess. I hope he sat in on a few psych classes over in the Moore building. He'll need all of that and more to deal with Burfict.

Haslett is terrible. Only in the NFL do re-tread coaches with little success keep getting jobs. No idea what he did at PSU but I hope it wasn't much

Franklin said Haslett worked mostly with the offense and that he did a good job of not stepping on other coaches toes. If you're looking for visible evidence of Haslett's influence, you're unlikely to see it unless you're sitting in coaches' meetings. Can't say whether Haslett had any influence in Donovan's departure.

I see Haslett is landing with the Bengals as LB coach under for Marvn Lewis. Good luck to Haslett. I hope he enjoyed this past year away from the NFL, helping Penn State and watching his son play at IUP.

?? Hue Jackson is the Browns new HC. Haslett is going to the Bengals as the LB coach. Marvin Lewis is still the coach of the Bengals.

Haslett may have not been a great HC, but he may be a good position coach. He was a pretty good LB in his day.

A shame he couldn't help stop our offensive linemen from stepping on each other's toes.....of course, they seldom moved their feet even with their 4-5 illegal procedures every game.

Haslett is not a good coach, I don't care what he does in coaching,. It again cracks me up that pro sports continues to recycle bad coaches.
