Forgive my ignorance, but how much upgrading can one do with $150,000 for an arena? Some new seats, new lighting, ...... how much does a new Zamboni cost? How far does $150k go?

Probably not very far. I know that back in the early 2000's, the State dumped money into the Arena...something near 10 million. I had a good friend who lived there then. The money was used for new seats, air conditioning, and other stuff I can't recall. The capacity is around 4,000. It will be interesting to see what they do with the money. Maybe they can use it to attract more funds from local businesses.
