I was chuckling at what I assumed was a typo. But I totally agree with your thoughts on Shapiro.Truth. Megalomania and hubris aren't personality traits I find attractive.

Some of you are puckered up so tight that only a miracle will get anything through. That makes no sense. You will stand and applaud that which you don't believe is right? For spite? For some other reason? Right is right. Wrong is wrong.
Where have those gone that stand for that which they believe is right?
I don't think you understand the role of the Federal Appeals court (who also got this wrong, although for different reasons).A Federal Appeals court happens to agree with the way he's doing his job.

It's Dr. Chief Justice. But you are welcome.Thank you, Mr. Chief Justice.
Care to explain? At least you're on the right side even if it's for the wrong reason.
Chow down on some of that room temperature onion dip. That will change your attitude real fast.I hate us.
I believe one of those judges was...... Mike Fisher., former PA AG who may know another former PA AG.....Tom Corbett. I'm sure he had no bias in this case.A Federal Appeals court happens to agree with the way he's doing his job.

Quiet, idiot.I've said any number times that I don't believe Spanier should go to jail for his mistake, but just to piss you off even more, I'm going to stand up and applaud when he does. Happy now, shithead?
Again…CSS made a mistake…and paid a price. No they didn't, but that excuses Schultz and Spanier from not doing theirs in some quarters.

The cowardly BOT knowingly screwed over the university…and paid no price.
In my estimation, grandstanding is 95% of what Shapiro does. God help us all if he weasels his way into the Governor's Mansion. In this case, those involved in the judicial system did not seek justice, they sought to grandstand.
I'm not a big Spanier fan but it's obvious what happened to him, Curley, and Shultz. Child sexual abuse is horrific and once the media got hold of it there was little chance for due process. Administrators and board members were willing to throw those three and Joe under the bus in hope that nothing would come back at them.BoT had a lot of help from the PSU administration. Without them it might not have been near as bad. Wonder how Spanier feels about being betrayed by people he elevated, worked with on a daily basis, and probably broke bread with? Shouldn't have come as a surprise to him, but I'll bet it did.
Hi Bill, I haven’t been too active in the last two math counts, if you’re involved this coming year I’ll thank you personally for the many posts you contributed in the past concerning the university.Let's not forget that Shapiro wants to be our next Governor, and we need to handle him the way we handled One Term Tommy Corbett in 2012. PSU alumni cost Corbett his second term.
I had to edit your comment bdgan....and once the media got hold of it there was little chance for due process. Administrators and board members were willing to throw those three and Joe "and more" under the bus in hope that nothing would come back at them.
And some more dumbness...... Remember how they changed up a couple notes of Rock and Roll Part 2 when it's being played during the pregame?? That was because Gary Glitter was arrested for possession of child porn. Typical PSU administration waffling. Either find a new song or simply play the original. Not at PSU where they think changing a couple notes will make it a new song and nobody will notice.I had to edit your comment bdgan.
This passage made me think of how horribly the entire situation was mismanaged as badly as possible. While working out this morning, i heard the song Sweet Caroline". Remember the Administration/BOT outlawed that song at the home football games. How utterly stupid! In essence, they were condemning all PSU fans as molesters. The blue ribbon ceremony(ies)? That too was over-the-top. Did we see OSU, MSU and/or UM do any of those things? Nope, not a one.
Not mine!Well, your tax dollars are paying Spankie's legal fees too, regardless of what PSU says.
