I believe one of those judges was...... Mike Fisher., former PA AG who may know another former PA AG.....Tom Corbett. I'm sure he had no bias in this case.
Again…CSS made a mistake…and paid a price.
The cowardly BOT knowingly screwed over the university…and paid no price.
BoT had a lot of help from the PSU administration. Without them it might not have been near as bad. Wonder how Spanier feels about being betrayed by people he elevated, worked with on a daily basis, and probably broke bread with? Shouldn't have come as a surprise to him, but I'll bet it did.
In my estimation, grandstanding is 95% of what Shapiro does. God help us all if he weasels his way into the Governor's Mansion.
Let's not forget that Shapiro wants to be our next Governor, and we need to handle him the way we handled One Term Tommy Corbett in 2012. PSU alumni cost Corbett his second term.
I'm not a big Spanier fan but it's obvious what happened to him, Curley, and Shultz. Child sexual abuse is horrific and once the media got hold of it there was little chance for due process. Administrators and board members were willing to throw those three and Joe under the bus in hope that nothing would come back at them.
Same with Corbett and other public officials who used this as an opportunity to grandstand for political gain.

This passage made me think of how horribly the entire situation was mismanaged as badly as possible. While working out this morning, i heard the song Sweet Caroline". Remember the Administration/BOT outlawed that song at the home football games. How utterly stupid! In essence, they were condemning all PSU fans as molesters. The blue ribbon ceremony(ies)? That too was over-the-top. Did we see OSU, MSU and/or UM do any of those things? Nope, not a one.
And some more dumbness...... Remember how they changed up a couple notes of Rock and Roll Part 2 when it's being played during the pregame?? That was because Gary Glitter was arrested for possession of child porn. Typical PSU administration waffling. Either find a new song or simply play the original. Not at PSU where they think changing a couple notes will make it a new song and nobody will notice.
