....than all other SWIGJ victims that came forward. They refused to take his statements and claims AT FACE VALUE as they did with every single other TSM Participant who came forward claiming to be a victim DESPITE THE FACT that "THE STATE" via the OAG was FACTUALLY WRONG relative to virtually every claim they made which FACTUALLY DISAGREED with what THE ACCUSED CLAIMED regarding the same facts - including the date of the incident and the party who was with Sandusky on that night of 2/9/2001. The OAG essentially refused to have V2 testify to the SWIGJ because Allan Myers wouldn't say what the OAG wanted him to say and didn't subpoena him as a witness at the SWIGJ, and intentionally lied at Trial that V2 was "known but to God", DESPITE the Accused not only being FACTUALLY CORRECT about the date from the get go, but also telling them that Allan Myers was the party in Lasch with him that night from the get go AND Allan Myers also confirming to the OAG and OAG-Directed Investigators that he was in fact the party in Lasch with Sandusky on the evening in question just as the accused had told them and Allan Myers told this to the OAG and OAG-Directed Investigators DURING the SWIGJ Investigation and LONG BEFORE the SWIGJ Presentment yet the OAG Prosecutors LIED at trial and told The Court that they had no idea who V2 was.....that nobody came forward and claimed to be V2.......and V2 was "known but to God"??? Huh???
IOW, which part of Sandusky's PCRA claims did they not prove beyond any reasonable doubt in regards to PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT, matching what was found in the C/S/S Trials, against the OAG, OAG Prosecutors and OAG-Directed Investigators which very clearly INTENTIONALLY prejudiced both the SWIGJ Presentment and the Trial itself depriving Sandusky, Curley, Schultz and Spanier of "FAIR" Trials???
