I think the judge canceled the hearing because there were not enough signatures on the petition.

A few months back - they put two days into the Court schedule, to make time available, for testimony regarding the PCRA

Only one day was needed.

This was the testimony that included discussions of "RMT" and the like - - - - including testimony from one of the Sandusky claimants, one of JS's former appellate attorneys, and the Professor from out in California (Loftus)

They fit all the testimony into one day (May 11? Whatever that day was) and no longer needed to keep the 2nd day of Court time.

That day of testimony earlier this month initiated a lot of discussion on the board art that time.
