this was ruled no-catch by the replay officials.I've seen that happen before. If part of the 2nd foot is out of bounds they sometimes call it no catch even if another part of the 2nd foot is in bounds first. I don't know how they can miss something so obvious.
Yeah but Lively’s catch was ruled a touchdown. How can they say there was indisputable evidence that part of his second foot didn’t hit in bounds before the toe was out? Answer: you can’t.this was ruled no-catch by the replay officials.
