So, do the attending PSU fans need to wear Kevlar vests and helmets?

My aunt and uncle were in Morgantown the night WVU beat PSU. A WVU fan threw a bottle at them , and it hit my aunt in the collar bone. I would wear Kevlar and a Hannibal Lecter mask if I was there tomorrow.
