Just got a verbal

Former gymnast and starting center on his high school hoops team. Timing is interesting. About a month ago, he said he didn't see verbaling anytime soon. Appeared to be picking up good recruiting momentum.

Three star OT, 6’6” 292 pounds, from Michigan. Got offered by just about everyone in the B1G except OSU and UNL.

If you’re keeping score, he also had a Pitt offer.

I only see offers from Indiana and Wisconsin. Def no Michigan offer at this time

Because Franklin is an excellent recruiter so almost anyone with a committable offer almost definitely going to be a quality player.

Dude, that's hardly a sentence. But I get your point and agree.

Ordinarily, for linemen this size, one should take recruit ranking and high school football performance with a huge grain of salt. There are just no guarantees. But with gymnastics and basketball on the resume I'd lean towards saying this a very good start to the 2020 class.

Not necessarily. I think that JF himself has alluded to the need to get nastier up front. Perhaps for the time being nastiness > star rating.
In that case, I’m your man. One-star but Nasty is my middle name.
