delivers an extreme hit to QB. Why no penalty? Should have been unnecessary roughness at the least and maybe ejection. Looked like a forearm to the head. Refs left the field and did not do their job IMO.

Yeah - if nothing else, that was a highly disrespectful play.
The game was over, OSU's B1G Championship and spot in the playoff was assured. Show respect for your competitor (the Wisconsin QB) by not trying to kill the damn guy.
