Though I don't support payouts, I do support progressive taxation such that something up to $20,000 goes tax free, $20,000 to $50,000 is taxed at 3%, and so on.... Easy enough to make revenue positive, negative or neutral
The left is all about raising the minimum wage, instead why not let low income workers keep their money instead of sucking 15 or 20% off the top with FICA, Federal and Medicare? Pro employment policy.
