He's starting to remind me, just a bit, of Trump with all of his dissembling. Kamala Harris obviously has evidence that Kavanaugh has spoken with attorney's at Marc Kasowitz' law firm about the Mueller investigation, so Kavanaugh stumbled and fumbled when she asked him if he had in fact had any such conversations. "I can't recall. Can you give me a specific name?" LOL.
Even better, he got caught lying about his position on Roe vs. Wade. Linked below is an article discussing his difficult day. And here is an excerpt from the article on the Roe vs. Wade issue:
"In another Kavanaugh document provided to NBC News from two Democratic sources — an email from 2003 that was originally deemed “committee confidential” but made public at 4 a.m. ET Thursday — Kavanaugh seemed to question whether the 1973 Roe v Wade decision is settled law, and whether it could be overruled.
The existence of the email was first reported by The New York Times.
The report came a day after Kavanaugh testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee that the decision is 'settled law' and 'has been reaffirmed many times over the past 45 years.' "
Thank you, Senator Booker.
