Follow the money. That's the 4 simplest things here, money, power, control, perks and doing anything to protect them. This has squat to do with sitting in executive boxes, free tickets and game day drinks and food. Garban is jammed up with Heim, Tom Poole and others. Garban is a Corbett instrument.
Would tend to agree about Garban. Also, the rumors of Heim from the second mile giving cars to victims to be quiet have long been talked about. But he's affiliated with the 2nd mile, so nobody is going to look into that.
It's not his past friendship, but his most recent cowardice with regard to Joe. Garban crapped on him, and Jay made reference to that. Joe was there for Garban when he needed him, but when it came time to support Joe, Garban dropped trou and Hershey squirted all over Joe and his family.

This is just speculation but, since 2011, all the land around the Heim mansion in Toftrees is being developed, student housing, single family housing, etc. Again this is just speculation but, the developer seems to be a firm owned by Poole. Maybe they are thinking, let's get our money quickly by unloading assets and stashing cash before the shiite hits the fan??? This land has been undeveloped for a very long time, why all the sudden is it being developed so quickly?? I wonder who is developing the Circleville Farm tract as well and what ties they have to PSU and BOT members. This land was left to PSU by the former owners but then the BOT decided they didn't need the land and sold it. It's funny how a BOT member built a medical building on the property to put his practice in. Again, this is all speculation, but since this started people have been saying, follow the $$$$$$. SC is a tiny town with an elitist attitude among the wealthy.

I wish it were so, but all of this hope about a federal investigation of any sort seems like wasted energy. It's been a long time now for such an investigation to be going on without any information forthcoming.

Everyone and I mean everyone sees this for what it is. A very coordinated cover up by very powerful money brokers and politicians. What are they covering up exactly? Basic vice. Sex and money. It's what makes the world go-round and it corrupts many. Easy to bury this stuff for decades in a small cow-town. That is, until you get national media attention, fire the town patron saint, incite riots, hunker down, shred key info, hire a hitman, etc. Once that happens, an emboldened core of intelligent, wealthy, connected alumni band together and start examining things very very carefully. This hasn't even started to get interesting. Hang tight.

I don't know that I'd point the finger at Garban. He didn't dig his heels in like the others so I never really got the feeling that he was in league with the Corbett cronies. I think that it's just as likely that he's told the Paternos where the bodies are buried. I don't have any particular information- that's just my sense of it.
