Kinda OT: wasn’t there a vote to kick us out, post JS, in ‘12?

IIRC, some school president's (I'm sure the LouAnna bitch was in the forefront) moved to have PSU expelled. Don't believe it got as far as a vote thanks to Delany.
I know with perfect certainty that the B10 threatened to expel us. I can only speculate about whether or not it was called to a vote.
You never know with the big ten as everything is done in the cone of silence.

As far as I recall, there was never a vote or even a motion put forward to vote on that. I think it was more public grandstanding by some to show their ‘outrage’ and it was leaked that they ‘could’ discuss it.
IIRC, I think maybe 2 schools made anonymous comments in favor of discussing it (not actually doing it). Don’t know if that’s true or just from internet nonsense at the time.
I do recall Lou Anna Simon of Michigan State loved to grandstand to the press at that time. Massive hypocrisy from her considering her cover up of sexual assault at MSU.
