It’s all about the Franklins.
Had he stayed he could have stepped into the Lion role or manned Winston’s spot when he got injured. Kid really screwed himself. He's probably after playing time...like he was the first time...and some Bens.
Reality is, had he stayed, he would have played. A ton. I think.
That’s classic and was so predictable. He’s now left two blue blood programs, one of which is in the Final Four, since this past April. He’ll keep bouncing around and around until it comes time for him to get on with his life’s work.

Not that it matters, but do you think that somebody like this ever has set foot in a classroom at either PSU or Bama?Make stupid decisions make stupid results
PSU has the best db/safety coaching duo in the country.Worth noting his position coach was let go by Alabama
This. Terry Smith and Poindexter are the best secondary coaches on the business. The fact that King Mack didn’t get any playing time only confirms they develop talent and don’t cater to stars.PSU has the best db/safety coaching duo in the country.
Would King Mack have beaten out Zion Tracy at the Lion or Dejuan Lane as the third Safety?
Yeah. Assuming he was solid, he really could have helped us in some games. Lane is going to be a good one, but having to play him as a true freshman wasn’t optimal.I believe he would have played the SS that Reed played, which would have kept Reed at the Lion. If he could cover.

From what I saw Mack had superior short area quickness and would also have been a terror on the coverage teams.Would King Mack have beaten out Zion Tracy at the Lion or Dejuan Lane as the third Safety?
