The great, grand old stadiums of the league were built in the '20s. Ohio State's Horseshoe (opened 10-7-22). Michigan Stadium (10-1-27).

At least six others of the original 10 built in the '20s.

I believe even Beaver Stadium's footprint or lower bowl was opened in 1909 or something. Sorry, you're way off base on age being a knock against a stadium. Many, mindful of those who played before, find it plus.
