No apology necessary. Heck, even some of the guys that have played for years forget sometimes. You just gave me the opportunity to remind everyone.

@nikko57, see what I mean? Even after you and I had this discussion, two guys that have been playing long enough to know better couldn't bring themselves to type "Lock Haven" at the top of their posts.

Entering the picks now. Results for LHU tonight. A couple of asks...

1. NO nicknames. The only nickname that I'll kind of let slide is RBY. Please no CStar or SVN or Bearclaw or AB or any other cutesy nicknames that you might come up with. It might seem like a small thing, but when I'm in the groove, I'm really fast at entering picks. Usually, I only have to enter one letter and the cell populates the name. So, I'm flying through the picks, and see "CStar," my fingers enter C, then a half a click later my brain says, "Nope, there's no C, you dumb fingers." Then, the fingers sheepishly backspace, hit S, and up pops Starocci. It messes up the flow, man.
2. We are picking winners, not learners. Please put who you think will win the match, not who will lose the match, for the same reasons above.

Picky, picky. I kid as I and everyone I hope appreciates the work you put in on this. :)

Everyone but Mrs Pa that is, although you are lucky that she is as big a wrestling fan as you are..

Alright, here we go, boys and girls, the first dual results of the season. First off, a full 62 players started the season. I'd have to do some digging, but I think that might be a record for the first match.

Two players separated themselves from the pack for this dual. Well, sort of. 82bordeaux and jbeldingk each had 27 points out of a total of 30. However, the pack consisted of a slew of players at 26, a plethora at 25 and there was even a cadre at 24. No worries if you weren't up towards the front of the pack for this dual. The dual season is treacherous, arduous, and probably some other ous words.

There are no individual dual meet awards, so I'll just hand out a participation trophy to all. Congratulations.

Oh, and as always, please check your scores. I'm not infallible. If you find an error, please let me know.
