Lacrosse tweet.... Looks awesome!

Big the final 4 to PSU!!! Men, Women D1, DII, DIII and have a big time. Play in the Beav as well as here!

just a procedural step on what had already been announced. The BOT committee approved it today. The full BOT will vote to approve it tomorrow afternoon.

It addresses many problems with the current stadium, including bathrooms, concessions, ticket sales, and a permanent broadcast location.

On the flip side, it does so at the expense of the sloped field opposite where the team benches currently are located. That was a popular viewing location for students and others. I was hoping they could have addressed many of these issues with a building between the current field and the BJC (behind one of the goals), but that would have been a tight fit -- not sure there was enough room.

Yeah, isn't this essentially putting stands and facilities where the "hill" is? Everything else is there already.

I recall panzers called panthers and tigers. Te Germans even had a vehicle named elephant. Nothing called lion.

Think about the sports complex Penn State will have all bunched together once this stadium and The Beav is renovated, all considered amongst the best in all of college sports -- softball, hockey, football, baseball, lacrosse and indoor track and field.

Now if we could just do something about the BJC.......
