O'Donnell, without considering the cop's feelings, jumps in and says that there just wasn't enough evidence to make a charge citing reasonable doubt (stupidly, reasonable doubt isn't about bringing charges, its about getting convictions. Reasonable Doubt is a standard for the jury, not Eric Holder). Pretty clear Joe and Larry aren't happy with the exchange.
As you all know, I am no cop lover. And I am skeptical about the necessity of that shooting. However, mr. O'Donnell has to show some compassion and cooth here. Just keep your mouth shut!
