leave no stone unturned....

I have come to accept that the false national narrative on the Sandusky Scandal will never change. Not in 10 years or 50. It was set in stone by our BOT and nothing short of an act of God will make a difference. I have not given up on trying to change the minds of others, but it largely falls on deaf ears and most people outside the Penn State family just don't give a damn. So be it. I will still continue to tilt at windmills until my last breath. I hope others will do the same.

I have not given up on trying to change the minds of others. Call me crazy, but I think there is a reasonable chance that the truth will be known within the next 10 years, maybe sooner. One day it will become clear that the Grand Jury Presentment was false and Mike McQueary did not witness an anal rape in the Lasch locker room shower. I believe that Curley, Schultz, and Spanier will be exonerated; the Paterno family will win their defamatiom lawsuit; and the Freeh Report will be debunked. I am an optimist. The truth will eventually be known; hopefully sooner rather than later.

All of this could come to pass, but so many ignorant minds have been made up, it's not likely to move the dial much as public opinion is concerned.

Even if the publicly believed narrative can't be changed, it doesn't mean that those responsible for it can't be held accountable for their actions. The perpetrators of this catastrophe should be forced to wear a millstone around their necks for the rest of their lives.

I fully plan to be at the church someday during a certain Pittsburgher's funeral, wearing blue and white and cheering wildly. Later that day I shall piss on his grave.

Have at it, I know I did. I beg my comrades to never stop defending the truth. Each false article should be addressed. I know you're tired, I'm tired but we're almost at the finish line. Do your part.

I'm not sure what your ask is. Are you suggesting to read the article and leave a comment? That to me sounds counterproductive as with an issue as complex as the false narrative you need time and other people need to have an open mind. From my perspective, it is better not to click on the link. You can copy and paste the article or parts of it, and tell members not to click the article. I actually clicked the link to see what it was about and thus giving the ringer an extra click.

Pretty sure the request is to reach out to Rodger Sherman and let him know how much of an idiot he is.

Next 10 years??? Or 10 months. Hell most of us will be dead in 10 years.

Back in the 20's those who like to portray themselves as "journalists" would be in vaudeville or burlesque. They are buffoons and stooges who understand one thing, "the masses are asses." They are in the "entertainment" industry where accuracy and facts are impediments to illusion. They are still sobbing over the fact that Hillary the Felon lost the election that they so badly tried to orchestrate for her.(don't get me wrong, I'm not a rabid Trump fan either,) Whenever I encounter someone who makes an outrageous statement about Joe or PSU, I just smirk and say "I know the truth, but I don't have the time to stand here and enlighten you." That ends the shit.

It seems to me that Bill Simmons is the target. He hates ESPN and perhaps would like to take the exact opposite stance? Doubt it but this may be worth a try.

Nothing short of a smoking gun giving the media someone else to blame and sensationalize. I don't see that happening at this point, however.
