After ALL the exceptional transfers that made their way to Penn State BBall since the hire of Mike Rhodes... it was a couple of the Legacy Penn State youngsters... Kanye Clarey and Jameel Brown... who stood up and said... DON'T FORGET ABOUT US.. in game #1 of the 2023-24 season !!
I think there is LOTS to be excited about with the additions of Ace Baldwin, Nick Kern, Zach Hicks, Puff Johnson, Qudus Wahab, RayQuandis Mitchel, Leo Boyle, and Favor Aire... However, it was two Legacy Penn State sophomores who stood up yesterday and showed why THEY should not be overlooked either! Personally, I think it bodes REALLY well for the season... WHY? Because NOW, after the two Penn State legacy youngsters have stood up and drew a line in the sand... NOW, all of a sudden... ALL the other mentioned, and VERY talented, transfers have to show that THEY measure up !
I think they will, but most of them REALLY didn't show much yesterday... THAT SAID, it's still early, AND lets see WHO wants to play Basketball, and WHO doesn't !!
