I understand how conservatives can like a conservative agenda. I understand how conservatives are happy that neither Obama or Hilary are President.
What I can't understand how conservatives can support a pathological liar who is intellectually lazy and a compulsive divider of the electorate. Just in the last two days , "we had to votes to pass healthcare." Really, then why didn't you? A Republican senator was in the hospital. No he wasn't.
"I won't profit from the proposed new tax plan." Repeal of the estate tax could save him over a billion dollars. In 2005 the alternative minimum tax cost him $31 million (in one year). That tax is proposed to be repealed. The highest tax rate shrinks from 39% to 35%.
Steve Mnuchin took an air force jet to watch the solar eclipse last month. Tom Price and Scott Pruitt take private or Air Force jets when they travel rather than fly commercial. Drain the swamp.
He created a national tempest by bringing up Colin Kapernick kneeling during the national anthem at NFL games. Kapernick was cut last year and hasn't found an NFL job because of his kneeling. The NFL essentially did last year what Trump has been railing for them to do this year.
