First segment- Phil says getting Culpepper is huge. Says if you told him 5 years after the sanctions came down, we could go into Florida and grab a legacy recruit, whose father, grandfather and uncle went to Florida, he'd say you're crazy.....

Says Penn State is making it known that they are here on the National Scene recruiting now....says could expect another 3-4 verbals by Tuesday when Isheem Young verbals to us....says Shaquon Anderson-Butts from Harrisburg is expected to pick us and would be a great get.....says very much in the mix for Tyreke Smith but OSU is probably leading for him right now....says we are leading for Aeneas Hawkins

Also in great position with DT P.J. Mustipher and WR Daniel George. Mustipher is on commitment watch and George says he will make his decision in late July or early August and Penn State is the projected leader.
