Love or hate Colin Cowherd, who cares. This is the most honest analysis of why PSU got left out last year and the EXACT SAME reason why osu got left out this year. Sorry if this against the rules in Rivals land, but is 100% correct. The Comittee backed it up this year by denying osu. I for one love how they stick to their guns and do not care if they upset fanbases. I believe they got it right last year and again this year. Go State!!!!!
