Just read on TOS that Maryland flipped a LB from California previously committed to Arizona...but the odd part about it is, this commits brother, a former Elite 11 QB that was committed to Air Force last year is coming with him as a PWO...how does that make any sense? How does an Elite 11 QB end up as a walk on at a lower tier B1G school? Does this Null and Void the Elite 11 selection process?
