Dont know the case here but some coaches use a set rotation/sub situation through the first couple TV timeouts. Not saying they are or arent but could be the case. Even so, he's hot, ride it out....

You sub for the sake of keeping guys fresh. I look at getting Shep a minute there as a good thing, and something Pat doesn't do enough of as our team wears down (obviously easier said than done with our current bench).

The rest wasn't the issue, the issue is not realizing who's hot and running stuff for them. Wheeler or Carr need to drive from the opposite wing and kick to him or hit the high/low post and have Shep relocate for a kick out.
