Speaking of family ties, am hearing a top 2017 prospect has a relative enrolled. Didn't think we'd go after him (2017 kid), still might not, lineup spot might be an issue, also see Schram example ... but never know how family ties might change things.
To play devil's advocate: Rob Koll and Steve Bosak's high school is closer to Rec Hall than that.
But, yeah, anything but Fresno would surprise me.
His Dad made some money comments on HR. Kind of sounded that they couldn't afford to send J all over the country to tourneys like some of these other kids. Being a potential 4 timer at Fresno should buy him a lot of juice plus the familia can go see him wrestle a lot. Or, he ends up at ASU or UNC.

Like LemonPie said, I'd expect another commit for Iowa this cycle for sure. Meija and Renteria will have plenty of new offers.

Well, the damage is done now. Let's hope by letting this slip you haven't given the Iowa staff time to rebound. But please, next time, pay attention during our staff meetings. It takes time and energy to plan out ways to destroy the competition.

I think more parents read the boards than anyone wants to admit. However, there are very few who dip their toes into the water allowing themselves to be identified.
