He's doing exactly what players should do in this era. Can't go high. Go low.Dirty player.
At this point, I’m just happy whenever he actually is involved in a play; he’s basically been an invisible player for the better part of the last two seasons. The NFL rules force the tackler to go low.
Did not look like a dirty hit to me.
Minkah being invisible simply means he's taking away half the field the majority of the timeAt this point, I’m just happy whenever he actually is involved in a play; he’s basically been an invisible player for the better part of the last two seasons.
He hasn’t had a to since I believe in 2022; for as much as he’s being paid, he needs to do more, especially at that position.Minkah being invisible simply means he's taking away half the field the majority of the time
I'll take Minkah any day--he's literally someone teams scheme againstHe hasn’t had a to since I believe in 2022; for as much as he’s being paid, he needs to do more, especially at that position.
Well, I wouldn’t be surprised if his Steelers’ career is running out because his cap hit is huge and he just doesn’t make splash plays anymore.I'll take Minkah any day--he's literally someone teams scheme against
Yeah, we're going to cut Minhak...Well, I wouldn’t be surprised if his Steelers’ career is running out because his cap hit is huge and he just doesn’t make splash plays anymore.
I didn’t mean that. I meant that they won’t resign him after his current contract expires, just like they’re going to do with Najee Harris after this season.Yeah, we're going to cut Minhak...
He's signed through 2026 which makes him about 31--I don't really anticipate us resigning him unless we're contenders at that pointI didn’t mean that. I meant that they won’t resign him after his current contract expires, just like they’re going to do with Najee Harris after this season.
there are rules and unwritten rules. If I was a player against him, he'd be on my retaliation list.Suspend him for a legal hit?
The NFL can't "suspend" someone for an "unwritten rule"there are rules and unwritten rules. If I was a player against him, he'd be on my retaliation list.
Ya he ruined Chubbs careerthere are rules and unwritten rules. If I was a player against him, he'd be on my retaliation list.
I don't really agree. MF comes in from the side and hits the player in his knees/ankles. Most others hit him in the thighs to hips. I agree with you if you are saying they are hitting head on. I've seen MF hurt several runners this way. He may have ended, for all intent and purpose, Nick Chubb's career. The NFL rules force the tackler to go low.

This is a legal hit--if you want to argue they should make it illegal that's a different discussion but, as of now, Minkah isn't doing anything wrong.I don't really agree. As I said, "legal" doesn't mean it isn't dirty. Fastballs to the head are legal, too. This is a legal hit--if you want to argue they should make it illegal that's a different discussion but, as of now, Minkah isn't doing anything wrong.
You can absolutely be suspended for throwing a fastball at someone's head--in fact, people are often ejected for thatAs I said, "legal" doesn't mean it isn't dirty. Fastballs to the head are legal, too.
