Anyone on this board familiar with his recruitment? Last week I saw that Terry Smith was at Aliquippa to see him. He apparently has a top 3 of WVU, Kentucky and Pitt. But, some think PSU may sneak in there. Any insight? He announces next Wednesday.

Indiana, Ohio St., and PSU are the outside 3 to the 3 teams you listed. His announcement will be streamed via Pittsburgh Sports Now next Wednesday.
Believe that Devonshire and Hardy are two that Penn State has interest in IF there is an offer still available next Wednesday on NSD.
Kind of like Bolds a couple of years ago, Penn State offered him the morning of NSD when Webb held his pledge and faxed his LOI to UGA despite a big late push from Franklin and staff. This freed up Bolds' scholarship.
