Now that I have time in the morning, I make a depth charge cappuccino. That is, a shot of espresso in an 8 ounce cup of San Francisco brand French Roast with frothed milk on top, sometimes with a half to whole shot of sugar free syrup. I used to drink a quick cup of black coffee before taking off for work.

I tell ya I used to get that "Mr Yuck" face when I heard someone drink coffee with butter. Once I tried it I will never go back. But it NEEDS to be blended. Once I went Keto, I added MCT oil to it and i'm serious when I say it's the best way to drink coffee that there is. Granted I was never one of those who drank coffee with flavored creamers and whatnot. If you like black coffee or coffee with plain creamer and no sugar, coffee with butter is worth a try.

Can’t do hot coffee, so I brew Tim Hortons K cup, 10 oz, strong...

Toss in a spoonful of sugar and then add creamer. I alternate between hazelnut and French vanilla. Coffee mate only.

Mix all together and then pour over a large plastic souvenir type cup that is full of ice. Pure ecstasy.

I do like hot Lipton tea with a shot of sugar and a dash of milk. Make some toast and spread peanut butter all over it. Cut the pieces in half and dunk quickly and enjoy.
