There are already 21 other candidates in the field. This guy is a national unknown. The state he is Governor of has a small population and doesn't have an important early primary or caucus.
What is the point? Why is he doing this? I'm not putting him down personally. He might be a great guy. Or not. I don't know. I know nothing about him. But he plainly, obviously, clearly has absolutely zero chance of getting the Democrat nomination for POTUS in 2020. So why is he bothering?
