That's a little on the high side. However, the totals are outside of the Margin of Error, which might lend it a bit more credibility.
Polling methods that were more reliable in the past have been thrown some loops recently, as more individuals have opted out of land line phones to go exclusively to cell phones. That raises questions as to how representative the samples are in today's world.
That said, it's a snapshot that indicates Moore is continuing to slowly create some distance above his opponent. Yet, a very different result on Election Day, either way, would not be a surprise.
