Michigan State could be facing serious Title IX problems. Another football player has been accused of sexual assault. The player was charged with assault while in high school. Despite his record the school offered him a scholarship last year after debating whether or not to do it. The Obama administration warned universities to get tough about sexual assaults or lose funding. These new rules could give the Spartans headaches now.

Other schools, including Penn State, offered him a scholarship as well. Don't know if Penn State, or other schools, pulled the offer after the charge.
