My biggest concerns about Iowa...

That's an all around American problem, not just an Iowa problem

Iowa obesity is much less attractive than Pennsylvanian obesity.

Sheeesh. That is ridiculously uncalled for.


But if you want to know, One quick google shows Iowa ranks 16th worst at 30.9% of the population.

PA checks in waaaaay down the line at a while 4 places later and 30.2.

I'm too lazy to do he rest of the math that compares population in each state, but that means I will see MORE obese people in PA. Albeit as a slightly lower rate, but there will be a lot more in total.
