Electric 1/21 $89.00 / 696 KWH = 12.78 cents per KWH.
1/24 $87.67 / 443 KWN = 19.79 cents per KWH.
All kinds of fee's on the bill that I wouldn't include in the price if I was driving a Chevy Bolt. But under the list of price to compare without the fee's it states in 21 Price was 6.17 cents per KHW and 24 price was 11.31 cents. That price is to remind people when shopping around what to compare. I have no Doubt that is the rate electric car buyers brag about when calculating the cost to charge one. It was announced recently that electricity went up over 100 percent in CA over the last decade.

1/24 $168.42 / 95 thrm = $ 1.77 per thrm
