We were in control of our CFP destiny now we need some help but not as much as people think. 1. Stating the obvious they need to win out. 2. We need Oklahoma and ND to lose a game. 3. If both Alabama and Georgia run the table you need Alabama to win the SEC championship game. If those 3 things play out ( a big if) were in good shape. Why? The SEC east is flat out terrible and you can't lose your last game of the year and expect to get a rematch in the CFP. A 1 loss Big 12 team other than Oklahoma is not going to jump Penn State. TCU or Oklahoma State I sincerely doubt it. A 1 loss Washington team with a bad loss and awful schedule they aren't getting back in with that nonsense. In addition assuming Clemson wins out I sincerely doubt they are going to put the same 4 teams in as last year. Penn State would clearly be the best 1 loss team in addition to playing what is widely considered the best division in College football.
