Anyone know whats going on? The interview starts about 39 minutes in but its worth a listen. Yosemite and the cascades and Appalachian trail are hot spots for unexplained disappearances. Apparently this guy Paulides was told the park and medical field are aware but aren't speaking.

Could it just be a lot of people who want to disappear go to a National park to do it - or it's easy to get lost in the woods?
It might be more convincing if this "information" wasn't from a nut-case pseudo-science talk show and Paulides wasn't always trying to prove the existence of Bigfoot.

I just checked.....as far as I can tell, all the National Parks are still there!
Some attacks from wild animals, people wandering off and falling into non-descript places, suicides, deliverance type activity, people just disappearing to continue life elsewhere.
People get lost

Some supposedly lost people are not lost at all

Honestly though, this stuff does interest at least for the entertainment value. I love the shows like Ancient Aliens. There is a lot of crazy unexplained out there. Some things though are what they seem. It's easy to get deadly lost or killed by animals in certain areas.
