Alabama and Texas A&M play Mercer and New Mexico State in week 10 - and, SEC wants to cry SOS? Gimme a f-ing break. This massive broadcast deal has evened the playing field with the BIG, and I am glad. What a joke! Cry like babies over the bottom half of the BIG all week and then play a dumpster in week 10? You get what you deserve.

SEC teams usually schedule an in-conference game early in the season, which allows them to schedule an OOC game in November. This late season OOC game is almost always a pushover, providing a nice late-season break in the SEC grind.
SEC should play 9 league games like the B1G. They always have late season lower level opponents. Purdue, although really bad right now, is a Big10 team.
The SEC has no right to complain if their 2-loss teams get left out of the playoffs. Comparing 2- loss teams that played 8 conference games when other conferences play 9 conference games is like comparing a 2-loss team that has to play in a conference championship game to a 2-loss team that sat at home.
