NFL FANS - BROCK OSWEILER TO THE BROWNS

I still think both Bortles and BOB would have been better off had the Texans taken him in 2014.

On NFL.com, it was a salary dump by the Texans. The Browns have 120 Mil in cap space , can burn up 16 million on Osweiler . The kicker is the Browns plan to release him. Bottom line, the Browns are paying 16 mil for a 2nd round draft choice

I have no love for this 21st century way of NFL football. Call me old fashioned but I prefer the old fashioned way of building with the best talent available instead of counting beans. Signing a player one year and releasing him the next makes no sense. The older I have gotten, the more I lose interest in NFL football. They are in trouble and don't see to care.

Obviously a salary dump. Speculation that Browns trying to trade him for a 4th rounder (and will eat half his cost) so they can package a bunch of picks for Jimmy G from NE.

Bortles sucks, I don't get the love he gets on this board. Clowney is actually the better pick right now, so Houston did ok.

What sucks is if Romo goes with Elway, BOB has nobody as QB. He is probably going to get canned after the season.
