This weekend the Nike Peach Jam is this weekend an a couple of PSU targets will be playing, (Stevens, possibly Carr, Lonie Walker, and Dylan Painter) this is the biggest AAU event of the season for the Nike EYBL. I will try to give reports as I see or hear of them.
Some news going into the event. Penn State is monitoring Lonnie Walker, a top 15 player in 2017. Walker is a very good athelte, with an above average shot. He has a very good body for only being 16 years old. Very good head on his shoulder and a very good student.
Lamar Stevens will be looking to pull in higher interest from schools during this weekend, which is the very weekend he blew up last summer. He has had a very good AAU season, in which he leads Team Final is both scoring and rebounding.
Tony Carr simply is a question mark. He may give it a go, depending on how his hip is.
Dylan Painter will be monitored by ND, Villanova, Penn State, and others as the weekend goes on. This is a very big weekend for Painter. This weekend could really blow up his recruitment or leave it as is.
