Members of Congress, especially Repubs, have a lot of complaints about how the Administration is conducting the 'war' against DAESH. Problem is they are too chicken-shit to do so on the record. You know that old thing where Congress passes a bill where they outline exactly how the US should engage our enemies.
Until, probably right after hell freezes over,, this legislation is passed and our elected officials go on record on where they stand they should just STFU and support the CIC.
