Sure is...wouldn't that be a GREAT way to stick it to Midlands? (only problem is, if I'm not mistaken, Mark Hall couldn't go...I don't believe they accept redshirts)
Some one posted on HR they are stranded in Denver and might be about 5 days or so I find that hard to believe but maybe we got 10 inches of snow here and high winds and it is about -20 below now.
That was Campbell. I think they miraculously ended up getting home from Denver today.
Michigan State got diverted to Salt Lake City, then their flight was cancelled...they're currently driving from SLC to Reno!
Holy hell. What is that 7hrs? Our boys are lucky to be back in Happy Valley.
About eight hours, on some of the most desolate roads our great country has to offer.
Route 80 takes you directly from salt lake city to Reno. Not a lot to view but travel is easy.
Got a feeling you might see some Penn state wrestlers show up at a couple different tournaments . They will have 2 competition dates left and probably can try to accommodate some of family travel holiday schedule by flexing 2 different dates and using entire roster.
Thanks Pirate glad they got home all safe myself don't really like flying that much and when weather is like this makes it worse.

Given the way the Reno tournament was shaping up, I'm not even much disappointed that PSU isn't going. The tourney itself was the letdown, not the fact that PSU couldn't make it.
Why schedule a tourny on the other side of the country during snow/ice season when the earliest you can leave is the late day before ? Just too many things can go wrong .
...by that thinking why would any team come to SC in January or February???...
Or anywhere in the B10 except maybe Maryland and Rutgers?
Was it our last trip to Lincoln or the one before that, that the team got out of Dodge just barely ahead of a massive snowstorm?
Big10 schedules are set in advance by the Conference. Elective tournys a whole other ball of wax.
I definitely remember the nonconference dual in Iowa City (three years ago this weekend, by the way), when the team got out just ahead of a snowstorm, and I remember that because I wasn't so lucky.
