I love that song and love that cover. I have a disc that has various artists interpreting it. I read somewhere that there are over 2,000 official recordings of this one song.
Actually, it was Blind Faith who released "Can't Find My Way Home"....but Steve Winwood would be your common denominator.
Yes, you are correct. When I think of Blind Faith, I only think of Winwood.

Have to give a two way tie between The Kingston Trio and Peter Paul and Mary on that cover. Mary Travers' voice was especially soulful and haunting in their rendition.
K. D. Lang's cover of Roy Orbison classic "Crying" particularly in live concert where her powerful voice, physical presence and emotions resonate. Second place goes to the Rebekah Del Rio cover (Llorando) in "Mulholland Drive" by David Lynch. Same effect powerful physical presence, voice and emotions. Third place to the Don MacClean version.
