With Penn State's preseason camp in full swing, cornerbacks coach Terry Smith met with local reporters following Wednesday morning's practice, No. 14 of the season.
With one squad scrimmage in the books and another one looming this Saturday, Smith spent about 10 minutes on the Lasch practice fields answering questions about the team's overall progress and the development of the defense, specifically his CBs.
"Camp so far to this point has been pretty good for our defense," Smith began. "We're flying around, executing (and) communicating well."
