I hope that the browns put in a contract proviso that any money he makes with another team is returned to the browns.
They were working to restructure his deal to male it even more friendly for a team to take him on.
at a certain point teams are going to start to learn not to take these head case players as it just doesn't work out very often.
Very selfish player who has to be in spotlight. On the other hand, from what I have heard, a hard worker.
Sounds like a Antonio Brown clone. And he seems to have worked out for TB.....both TBs!
He is a pampered, spoiled, ego maniac in the NFL. Great talent but worse personality.
The Brown gave up a 1, a 3 and a good safety (Peppers) for OBJ. The Giants were trading OBJ for a reason. One of many terrible decisions by the previous Browns administration. If you are going to trade for someone else's problem, give up very little or walk away.
I don't know, but it was a terrible deal from the Browns end.

So they got two d players and no one to block for SB. Barkley should walk away.....make that run away...from this team.
I understand he’ll cost the team that claims him almost $8m against the cap. Chargers can afford him. He is a free agent after this season.
Brady like to throw to WR's that can actually catch the ball, and that leaves out OBJ, LBJ, and many others.......

I thought I saw that if anyone picks him up this year the browns get paid $7.5MM
Since I have made my post, it does appear that if somebody picks up Beckham, they will have to pay his remaining salary.
