Ya he definitely lead with the crown of his helmet.. Not sure why it wasn't a targeting call unless it pertains to the head area only (not sure on actual language)

I agree in principle. That said, games don't always go as scripted, or as the odds suggest. PSU's offense looks very good, except when they shoot themselves in the foot. While 28 points is good, I think they can score more tonight
