Another week, another game, just a ho-hum opponent, no revenge this week, right? An emphatic NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I guarantee, while our players and coaches are not saying it, this is a revenge game. The Lions will not let the officials take this one away from them and once this game is over, the Nittany Lions will be 5-0 and 2-0 in the B1G. Last year we dominated them defensively, we rolled up a ton of yards but the only place they won was the only one that mattered, on the scoreboard. It started the debacle known as the 2020 season— it aint happening again.
Clifford will shine, the defense will have Indiana wondering why they even bothered to show up and Penn State will win, 34-14. The score will be closer than the actual game. Lovett will rip off a big run or two while passing to the backs will be emphasized. The defense will get 3 takeaways and by the fourth quarter, we’ll be already starting to look forward to Iowa… but that’s for next week, our backups this week will make up for their performance at the end of the Villanova game and all will be happy by about 11 pm.
