It’s a close one at the start of the 4th qtr.
23 - 17
OSU by 6 but Nebraska with an interception.

Nebraska misses an easy FG and the score is still 23-17 Ohio State.
9:50 to play in the game.

OSU with all the breaks. No pi call with nebby trying to go ahead in q4. Horrible no call. Then OSU qb fumbles and OSU recovers. Lucky and lucky.

The fumble recovery by OSU was lucky. I don’t know what OSU was doing throwing the ball on their last drive. They took unnecessary risks by passing. Nearly gave Nebraska a chance to drive for the winning score. OSU survived.

Unless Stroud mproves Ohio State has no chance of winning the national championship. He appeared to be really loose and most of the time he had lots of time to pass and didn't find open receivers after his first two checkdowns.

The defense, though, is getting better and better and it appeared to be above average today as opposed to when it played Oregon when it was horrible.

It appears that OSU has a real weapon in its place kicker.

I think many people are underestimating this Nebraska including many OSU fans before this game. Nebraska has played 4 teams currently ranked in the BCS top ten and their worst loss is today - by 9 to OSU. They've lost to Michigan by 3 after that late disastrous Martinez fumble, MSU by 3, and had Oklahoma on the ropes until collapsing late and losing by 7. This is a very dangerous team - at times - and have just thrown away games this year. They're their own worst enemy.

I don't see this team as NC material this year. For one thing, too many young guys in key roles. Next year, they will be better. Too bad the kicker is a senior.

Agree - too many bonehead mistakes by those young players including the QB. The bright side - your defense seems to be getting better as the season goes along. But agree, this is not a NC contending team.

I think it just shows how down the BIG is this year. I’m still not sold on this “improving” OSU defense. You really need to look at that schedule since the Oregon loss. Have they played one team that you would say has a legit offense where they can be fairly judged since making these changes we keep hearing about?
